Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.Lead integrated email marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and nurture programs.Manage marketing automation, campaign development, and segmentation using Adobe Marketo and CRM systems.Create personalized email content using audience insights, dynamic content, and responsive email design.Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing results.Manage cross-functional projects, stakeholder relationships, and campaign timelines.Monitor email deliverability, data quality, and compliance with applicable email marketing regulations.Conduct market research and evaluate target audiences and competitive landscapes.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional marketing experience, OR a relevant master's degree with 3+ years of experience.Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo, CRM systems, and marketing automation.Strong expertise in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing.Knowledge of HTML/CSS, responsive email design, and campaign performance analytics.Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing data analysis.Excellent communication, leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. xzbcwsv Preferred: Experience with major brands and using AI tools for marketing content development.
