We are looking for a talented 3D Visualizer who can transform design concepts into realistic and visually appealing presentations.

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization. You will work closely with interior designers to create high-quality 3D views that help clients visualize their dream spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic 3D interior models and high-quality renders.
• Prepare interior visualizations for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop detailed 3D walkthroughs and presentation views.
• Interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into 3D models.
• Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately.
• Coordinate with the Interior Design team to understand project requirements.
• Revise designs based on client and management feedback.
• Ensure timely delivery of project visualizations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer (Interior Design preferred).
• Proficiency in SketchUp .
• Experience with V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render .
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD .
• Good understanding of materials, lighting, colors, and interior design principles.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in residential interior projects.
• Knowledge of Photoshop for post-render editing.
• Basic understanding of BOQs and interior materials is an advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing interior visualization work.
