We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our established and growing medical aesthetics practice in Arlington, Virginia.

The ideal candidate understands that the front office shapes each patient’s overall impression of the practice. You will create a warm, welcoming, concierge-level experience while supporting the clinic’s daily operations. You genuinely enjoy working with people and helping patients feel comfortable, valued, and cared for.
What You’ll Do
* Welcome and check in patients while creating a warm and professional first impression* Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and schedule appointments* Process patient payments accurately* Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, providers, and team members* Monitor the daily schedule and help keep clinic operations running smoothly* Educate patients about available treatments, services, and skincare products* Complete administrative duties, including organizing medical photographs* Escort patients to treatment rooms and assist with room turnover* Keep the front-office area clean, organized, and inviting* Assist with inventory orders and shipping returns when needed* Participate in continuing education and professional-development activities* Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements* Support the team as needed to provide a seamless patient experience
What We’re Looking For
* At least one year of front-desk or front-office experience* Polished, professional, and confident communication skills* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail* Comfortable learning and speaking confidently about treatments, services, and products* Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work xzbcwsv efficiently in a busy environment
