We're looking for an experienced Deputy Regional Manager to lead regional agency operations, drive business growth, and mentor high-performing sales teams. Location: Srinagar (J&K) Preference: We are looking for local candidates currently based in Jammu & Kashmir only. What you'll do: ✅ Drive regional agency sales and achieve business targets ✅ Lead, coach, and develop Area Managers and sales teams ✅ Recruit and build high-performing agency teams ✅ Improve business quality, policy renewals, and customer experience ✅ Monitor branch performance and implement growth strategies Requirements: ✔️ 15 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry ✔️ Minimum 9 years in a leadership/people management role ✔️ Strong experience in the Agency Channel ✔️ Graduate (MBA preferred) ✔️ Excellent leadership, business development, and team management skills
