Our client is one of Delhi-NCR's fastest-growing premium bakery and dessert brands, redefining how consumers discover and enjoy desserts through an innovation-led, omnichannel model. Backed by strong consumer traction and a rapidly expanding footprint, the company operates a large central kitchen, multiple dark stores, and a fast-growing D2C business. As they continue to scale nationally, they are looking for an Operations Head to lead the company's entire operations function and build the platform for its next phase of growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Operations Head from the F&B sector to lead the company's end-to-end operations across regions, central kitchens, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, and expansion. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will be responsible for building scalable operating systems, driving operational excellence, and leading regional leadership teams as the business expands across India. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in scaling food retail, QSR, cloud kitchens, bakery, or food manufacturing businesses, along with strong P&L ownership and a builder mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the company's end-to-end operations across regional businesses, central kitchens, production facilities, and supply chain.
• Own factory operations, procurement, inventory, logistics, and operational excellence across the network.
• Drive national expansion by setting up new kitchens, enabling new market launches, and building scalable operating systems.
• Lead Regional GMs and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution and business performance across markets.
• Build and institutionalize SOPs, governance mechanisms, performance metrics, and operational review cadences.
• Drive improvements across production, food safety, quality, cost, wastage, and customer service metrics.
• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term business growth.
• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• 7–20 years of experience in Food Retail, QSR, Cloud Kitchens, Bakery, Food Manufacturing, FMCG, or Central Kitchen Operations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end operations across multiple cities, central kitchens, manufacturing facilities, or large-scale food production.
• Strong experience in supply chain, procurement, factory operations, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, setting up new facilities, or leading multi-city expansion initiatives.
• Strong P&L ownership with a track record of driving profitability and operational performance.
• Experience leading senior leadership teams and managing large, cross-functional organizations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, strong execution capability, and the ability to build scalable businesses from the ground up.
