- Lead and work alongside your maintenance team to complete service requests and unit turns efficiently
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general building systems
- Keep the community safe, clean, and fully operational every day
- Manage make-ready inventory to keep leasing on track
- Coordinate vendors, control costs, and stay on budget
- Set the standard for quality, speed, and professionalism
- 2–3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (including work orders and unit turns)
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Strong skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
- Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable
- Organized, reliable, and solutions-driven mindset
