Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technology Leadership AI focused to lead the technology strategy, innovation, and AI/GenAI initiatives for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit . This role will strategize, and execute the development of preconfigured solutions , in-house platforms , and customer demonstration environments across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies. The AI officer will also drive strategic partnerships , lead co-innovation initiatives , and ensure the unit remains at the forefront of digital transformation in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Innovation:

• Define and execute the technology vision for the Enterprise Solutions Manufacturing Unit.
• Lead the adoption and integration of AI/GenAI across enterprise platforms to drive intelligent automation, analytics, and user experience.
• Oversee the development of preconfigured industry solutions , accelerators , and demo environments for client engagements.

Platform Engineering & Architecture:

• Guide the architecture and engineering of reusable solution frameworks across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
• Ensure scalability, interoperability, and innovation in all in-house technology assets.
• Establish governance for solution quality, reusability, and compliance.

Customer Engagement & Demonstrations:

• Lead the creation of immersive, real-time demo environments showcasing next-gen enterprise capabilities.
• Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to support client workshops, PoCs, and transformation roadmaps.

Partner Ecosystem & Co-Innovation:

• Drive co-innovation initiatives with hyperscalers, ISVs, and platform partners.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools into the enterprise ecosystem.

Thought Leadership & Talent Development:

• Represent the unit in industry forums, analyst briefings, and client innovation councils.
• Mentor solution architects, platform leads, and AI/GenAI specialists across the organization.

Required Experience:

• 18+ years of experience in enterprise technology leadership roles, with deep expertise in SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in building and scaling AI/GenAI-driven solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in platform engineering, solution architecture, and innovation management.
• Experience working with manufacturing clients and understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PhD or MBA is a plus.
• Certifications in enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and AI/ML technologies are preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architecture patterns (microservices, APIs, event-driven).
