Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is assisting an Ag Business in search of an Ag Equipment Sales Representative. The Ag Equipment Sales Representative will focus on sales of grain systems and livestock operations, serving Eastern Indiana and Western Ohio territory. They will be responsible for inside and outside sales as needed. Travel will be required, and there will be a vehicle or mileage reimbursement, plus expenses. We are looking for someone who is capable of growing territory sales through existing customers and new prospects.

- Agricultural Background Plus
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter and willingness to learn
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Strong agricultural background, preferably with knowledge of grain or livestock operations.
- Proven sales experience, particularly developing new customers and building long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to develop and manage a sales territory.
- Strong communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to work well with customers and coworkers.
- Comfortable prospecting for new business rather than relying solely on existing customer relationships.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and projects.
