We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in generating leads, engaging with prospects, and supporting the sales team by creating new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls daily to engage and qualify potential prospects.
• Communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with leads and clients.
• Perform local market research to identify creative strategies for targeting prospects.
• Generate leads through data mining and social media platforms.
• Nurture relationships with prospects and follow up to convert leads into appointments.
• Understand the company's sales process, services, and value proposition to convey to potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM systems.
• Handle objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively (verbal & written).
• Comfortable with making multiple cold calls daily.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Energetic, friendly, and solution-driven personality.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales processes.
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support is a plus.
