Property Flow is a short-let management platform for UK hosts, priced at £9.99 per property per month. Our competitors charge many times that and outbid us on every head term. You will not win those auctions, and we are not going to ask you to try.

This job is long-tail, competitor-alternative terms, app store, review sites, and hard discipline on a small budget.

WHAT YOU OWN

Google Search on long-tail and alternative terms. Meta and Instagram to UK short-let host audiences, video-led, creative refreshed weekly with our designer. Apple Search Ads and app store optimisation. Capterra and Get App listings once our reviews are live. A small supporting line for Partner recruitment. Campaign build end to end: keywords, negatives, audiences, variants, bids, pacing. UTM discipline on every link. Conversion event QA in GA4 and Tag Manager with our tech team, and Hub Spot form and pipeline mapping.

You will be measured on cost per signup, cost per activated account and cost per paying account, against fixed ceilings.

WHAT WE NEED

Three to five years hands-on in paid media with Google Search and Meta as a minimum. Proof you held cost per acquisition under target on a small budget: bring one campaign and its actual numbers. Current Google Ads certification. GA4 and Tag Manager to a working standard, including preview mode and reading a data layer. Lead-generation or subscription-signup experience rather than only e-commerce ROAS. Good written English, because you will write ad copy a UK audience reads.

You have only run campaigns someone else built, you optimise to click-through rate and cannot talk about cost per acquisition, or you have only ever spent big.
