Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role for HVAC and Cleanroom solutions based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales pipeline for HVAC systems and turnkey cleanroom projects across target industries. The team member will conduct client visits, deliver technical and commercial presentations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts in coordination with engineering and management teams. Daily tasks include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support, and gathering market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and industry trends. The role will also support marketing activities such as participating in trade shows, updating marketing materials, coordinating digital outreach, and conducting product or solution training for clients and internal stakeholders.
