We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead health and wellness initiatives that improve operational efficiency, patient/client experience, and program outcomes. This role will oversee projects from planning through execution while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor health and wellness projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, HR, vendors).
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Track KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Work closely with the Director and CMO.

Qualification

• Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field.
• 2+ year of project management experience in healthcare and wellness.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification preferred (Project Management Institute). Who This Is Perfect For

• Been a ninja at building alignment by influence.
• Augmenting the business unit leaders in solving key problems. Who will act as a consultant to help multiple business lines and plug any gaps needed for the business to succeed.
