DigiStay.ai is a hospitality technology company building software that helps hotels streamline operations, improve efficiency, and deliver better guest experiences.

We are hiring an OTA Specialist to set up and maintain connections between our hotel partners and online travel agencies such as Booking.com, GoMMT, Agoda, and Expedia. Accurate connectivity is what keeps a hotel's rates and availability correct across every channel, so this role has a direct effect on our customers' revenue.

You will work inside OTA extranets day to day — verifying credentials, setting up connections, mapping room types and rate plans, listing properties, and tracking integration errors through to resolution. The work is detailed and high in volume, and it rewards someone who is methodical and checks their own work.

This role suits someone who has already worked hands-on in OTA extranets and understands how rate parity and availability behave across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and test OTA connections, and complete the integration for each connected channel.
• Map room types and rate plans accurately between the hotel's inventory and each OTA.
• Create and complete OTA listings for new hotel properties.
• Optimise OTA content scores by completing property content, images, and attributes.
• Track integration errors, identify the cause, and follow them through to resolution.
• Complete Google ARI (Availability, Rates, and Inventory) setup for hotel properties.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working in Booking.com, GoMMT, Agoda, and Expedia extranets.
• Strong attention to detail on room-type and rate-plan mapping.
• Understanding of rate parity and availability across distribution channels.
• Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume technical work carried out to a consistent standard.
