Key Responsibilities

• Lead process development and optimization  for semiconductor-grade specialty chemicals (e.g., vinylbenzyl chloride, vinylphenols, trimethylstyrene, hexafluorobenzene, sodium pentafluorobenzenesulfonate).
• Design and execute lab-to-pilot scale experiments  ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and regulatory  to ensure smooth technology transfer.
• Develop robust process safety protocols  aligned with EHS standards for high-purity chemical manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives  to enhance yield, purity, and sustainability of semiconductor-grade products.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation reports  for internal and client requirements.
• Stay updated on global semiconductor material trends  and contribute to innovation in specialty polymers and advanced chemical intermediates.

Qualifications

• Full-time M.Sc. (Organic/Industrial Chemistry) / B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) .
• Strong background in process R&D, scale-up, and specialty chemical manufacturing .
• Prior exposure to semiconductor-grade chemicals or high-purity specialty polymers  preferred.
• Hands-on experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, NMR, FTIR)  for process validation.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (ISO, GMP, EHS)  in chemical manufacturing.

• Ability to lead R&D projects independently  and mentor junior scientists.
