Gynoveda is building the world's largest chain of Ayurveda fertility clinics. 62 clinics live across 30-plus cities, on a clear path to 200. Short-form video fills those clinics. This role writes the ads that make it happen.

We are looking for a writer who has experience writing ads for FMCG or D2 C brands and lives by the Hook, Message, CTA. Someone who knows the first three seconds decide everything, and that a beautiful script that does not convert is a failure. You report to the Senior Creative Director inside our in-house studio.

What the work looks like

Write hooks, scripts, and storylines for performance ads, reels, explainers, and testimonials, in Hindi and English Structure every script on Hook, Message, CTA, and defend that structure through the edit Apply AIDA to turn category insight into a curiosity-driven narrative Write creative variants for A/B testing, then read CTR and watch time with the performance marketing team to sharpen the next round Partner with directors, producers, and editors from brief to final cut Research the fertility category and surface fact-based angles that debunk myths

Who fits

5 to 9 years writing ads for FMCG or D2 C brands, agency or in-house A portfolio of ad films, reels, or Meta ads with performance numbers behind them Deep command of hooks, persuasion structure, and call to action Strong writing in Hindi and English Comfort on shoots and in the edit room

Location: Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai. Onsite, Monday to Friday.
