Junior Civil Engineer

<p><b>Junior Civil Engineer - Vadodara </b> </p><p><b>Qualification: </b> </p><li><p>B.E. (Civil Engineering). </p> </li><li><p>Courses in Structural Engineering preferred </p> </li><p><b>Experience: </b> </p><li><p>Minimum 05-07 years’ experience on construction site. </p> </li><li><p>Experience in executing various big Projects of approx. 25-50 acres’ land is needed. </p> </li><li><p>Well conversant with design and construction aspect of Civil, Structural and Architectural. </p> </li><li><p>Knowledge of AutoCAD, Computerized reporting and MS Office package is must. </p> </li><li><p>Knowledge of local language written and spoken mandatory. </p> </li><p><b>Job Description: </b> </p><li><p>Should plan and schedule all the project activities as per the timelines. </p> </li><li><p>Ensuring timely work execution on site. </p> </li><li><p>Liaison with Architects, Consultants and Contractors to have smooth functioning at site. </p> </li><li><p>Conduct Project Review and Design Review meetings on-line and if required in office. </p> </li><li><p>Prepare Agenda and then minutes of the meeting and circulate to all. </p> </li><li><p>Maintain all the desired records at site like inventory management, RIF register, drawing register, non-compliance register, etc. </p> </li><li><p>Identify slippages/delays and initiate corrective action. </p> </li><li><p>Whenever required, invite quotes from local vendors to carry out comparison and submit </p> </li><li><p>Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental policies. </p> </li><li><p>Prepare all MIS reports from time to time to facilitate decision making </p> </li><li><p>Ensure minimum wastage of material at site and suggest value engineering to reduce the cost wherever required. </p> </li><li><p>Ensure that the assigned work is completed as per the schedule by coordinating amongst the team members, contractors and consultants. </p> </li><li><p>Any other work assigned from time to time. </p> </li>
