What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce

• Design Sales Cloud solutions (lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, CPQ, forecasting, Einstein productivity tools)

• Architect Service Cloud solutions (case management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, self-service portals)

• Design Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and unified Customer 360 profiles

• Build and deploy Data Cloud-grounded Agentforce agents for sales, service, and personalization use cases

• Lead, mentor, and review the work of a Salesforce engineering team

• Present architecture decisions to client stakeholders and enterprise architects.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

• Proven Data Cloud experience: DMO design, identity resolution, segmentation & activation

• Working knowledge of Agentforce (Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, Trust Layer)

• SQL proficiency and experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)

• Marketing Cloud knowledge a plus, especially for Data Cloud ingestion design.
