That takes careful writing and good communication in person.We are hiring a Marketing Communications Associate in Indianapolis to help prepare messages and put them to use in customer-facing work. You will support the team with written materials, campaign updates, and conversations with the people those messages are meant to reach.
How you’ll contributeDraft and proofread short campaign messages, updates, and informational materials.Help keep event and outreach materials accurate and consistent.Speak with customers and attendees, explain information clearly, and listen to their questions.Share useful feedback with colleagues and flag details that need correction.Maintain organized notes, content versions, and deadlines.Follow up with teammates so approved materials are ready when needed.
Strong writing, a professional manner, and attention to detail matter here. Previous marketing or communications experience is helpful, though we will also consider relevant work in service, events, school projects, or community organizations. You do not need a specific degree.The position is based on-site in Indianapolis and requires reliable attendance at the workplace.
