• Monday ‐ Friday, 4 ‐ 5 procedure days per week ‐‐ no call
• 20 ‐ 25 patients per day for clinic and procedures
• Adult outpatient pain management setting
• Joint injections, facet blocks, ultrasound and x‐ray guided blocks required
• Peripheral nerve blocks, RFA, epidurals, and kyphoplasty preferred
• BLS certification required
