Cone Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to advance nursing practice and patient outcomes across our healthcare network. In this role, you will assess learning needs, design and deliver evidence-based education, and support orientation, onboarding, and competency validation for nursing staff. You will collaborate with clinical leaders to implement best practices, lead skills labs and simulations, and provide point-of-care coaching. The Educator also evaluates program effectiveness, uses data to improve education plans, and supports quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives in a collaborative, patient-centered culture.
