What You’ll Do

• Bridge Design & Code: Leverage your technical background to design seamless, complex UI/UX workflows that speak the same language as development teams.
• Craft High-Tension B2C Experiences: Design delightful, game-like visual systems, characters, micro-interactions, and animations that keep consumer users deeply engaged.
• Shape AI Interactions: Lead the visual and audio identity for conversational AI tutors and interactive learning environments.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build, test, and iterate on high-fidelity designs, motion graphics, and audio features using real-world user feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Background: Bachelor’s degree or relevant background in Engineering/Computer Science, followed by 2 to 4 years in hands-on Product Design within B2C/consumer tech environments.
• Portfolio: Proven track record showcasing consumer product design, rich visual design, UI motion/animation, or interactive game mechanics.
• Tooling: Mastery of Figma, motion design tools (e.g., Lottie, After Effects), and rapid prototyping platforms.
• Product Sense: Deep empathy for consumer user journeys, onboarding flows, and retention loops in consumer applications.
