What You'll DoThis isn’t a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be in the driver’s seat, building relationships, leading projects, and making real-time decisions that move work forward.Build strong, long-term relationships with owners, developers, and general contractorsStrengthen partnerships with subcontractors and suppliersAssist Project teams over multiple projects from kickoff through closeoutNavigate change orders, revisions, and evolving project needsHelp modernize and improve processes—including leveraging AI and new technologiesDay-to-Day ImpactYou’ll touch every part of the project lifecycle, including:Scheduling & manpower coordinationAssisting with change orders & billingsEquipment & material buyoutsSubcontractor managementRFIs & coordination drawingsSubmittals & closeoutCommissioning, training, and turnoverDriving client satisfaction—and future opportunities
