Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our recycled plastic products, developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the recycling and compounding industry.

Meet and exceed sales targets through active client engagement.

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate recycled polymer solutions.

Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers.

Maintain regular reports on market trends, competition, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Minimum 0–5 years experience in B2 B sales, preferably in plastics, polymer, or recycling sectors.

Technical understanding of polymers and recycled materials.

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed across regions.

Team Player, High level of Enthusiasm, Go getter attitude, Cross functional role playing capability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Polymer/Plastic/Mechanical Engineering.
