Job Description

BLACK ROSE is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support its sales operations in Lahore. This role helps keep customer inquiries, sales documentation, and order follow-up organized, enabling the sales team to respond efficiently and deliver a dependable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day sales activities and provide administrative support to sales representatives.


• Respond to customer inquiries, share product or service information, and route requests to the appropriate team member.


• Prepare, update, and maintain quotations, sales orders, customer records, and related documentation.


• Track order progress and follow up with customers and internal departments regarding delivery or outstanding requirements.


• Compile sales activity updates and maintain accurate records in spreadsheets or sales systems.


• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communication between customers and the sales team.


• Identify delays or customer concerns and elevate them promptly to the relevant representative or supervisor.

The successful candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing customer communication with accurate record keeping. This is an on-site position based in Lahore and works closely with the sales team and other internal departments.

Job Specification

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication for customer and internal coordination.


• Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple inquiries and orders.


• Accuracy in preparing quotations, updating customer records, and maintaining sales documentation.


• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools.


• Ability to learn and use customer relationship management (CRM) or sales order systems.


• Customer-service mindset and tact when handling questions, delays, and routine concerns.


• Collaborative approach when coordinating with sales representatives and other departments.
