Mens Technical Designer Knitwear

We are working on a full time freelance role as Tech Designer, Outlets, Men's Knits. The Technical Designer Outlet Men's Knits is responsible for the development, fit, construction, and execution of from development through fit approval. This role partners closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and overseas vendors to ensure products meet fit, quality, cost, and calendar objectives. Location: NYC - 5 days per week FT Hours - Pay rate $65-72/hour based on experience Responsibilities: Create and maintain technical packages in PLM. Lead fit sessions, evaluate garment fit, and provide clear technical comments to vendors. Review samples, pattern corrections, and construction details to ensure design intent and quality standards are achieved. Partner with cross-functional teams
