Job Description:The Project Manager, CNS Marketing Excellence tasks include:Responsible for providing project management support to two commercial brand teams, along with opportunities for special projects across franchise and functional areas.Primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, managing brand planning, alliance governance management, product Loss of Exclusivity (LoE), and brand-led national meetings.Working in a heavily matrixed organization with all core functional area workstreams including Brand Teams, Sales, Business Analytics/ Market Research, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales Training, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Promotional Compliance, and others. This position will also require coordination with alliance partners.Responsibilities:Establish & facilitate team ways of working and governanceManage & conduct project kickoffs with any subsequent meeting cadences to support projects to completionWorkshop coordination and facilitationCapture and deliver team status updatesProject plan creation/maintenanceCreate & maintain project, executive, milestone timelinesCreate & maintain team org chart, scorecards, status report including KPIs, charter, RACI, team communications plan, meeting minutes and action itemsExperience:3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, marketing operations or marketing experience preferredExpertise in independently managing large projects with multiple workstreamsExperience with established project management methodology, KPIs and templatesExperience partnering directly with brand teams and brand/executive leadershipSkillsets:A strategic leader with a proactive mindsetResults-driven with a high sense of urgency and accountability: ability to meet business objectives, deliverables, and timely completion of initiatives with a cross-functional teamHigh standards for accuracy in written and verbal communicationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills - ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to achieve established deadlinesKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry and major functional areasStrong managerial, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to function effectively under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity, and ability to navigate competing demandsAbility to effectively utilize project management tools and softwareStrong MS Office Suite skills & deck building (for both brands and leadership)Strong capability as an adaptive learnerStrategic planning experience within marketing or commercial operations spaceEducation:BA/BS degreeAdditional Qualifications:Brand LoE managementKnowledge of working across strategic alliancesCertifications:PMP certification
