Creative Lead
Nornament · India
Job Description
Five brands. One creative mind. Zero patience for decks that never ship.
Here's the honest pitch
Most creative roles ask you to imagine. This one asks you to finish . You'll move between a jewellery house where every piece has a story, a cocktail bar where the room is the brand, a wellness food label trying to look as clean as it tastes, an FMCG line fighting for shelf attention, and a manufacturing business that needs to look as serious as it is — sometimes all in the same week.
If that sounds like whiplash, this isn't for you. If it sounds like the most interesting problem you've had in years, keep reading.
What you're actually signing up for
Not a brand vision role. Not six moodboards before one asset ships. You take a brief on Monday, and by Thursday something real exists — a campaign, a packaging mock, a deck, a carousel — out in the world, not sitting in a Figma file waiting for "one more pass."
Across Nornament (jewellery retail), IVYKarigar (jewellery manufacturing), Jewel.care (FMCG), StoryTeller (cocktail bar), and AMATA Matcha (wellness food) — five completely different audiences, five completely different creative languages, one person who can hold all of them without losing the thread.
Who actually thrives here
Someone who's tired of "let's circle back" and wants "it's live." Someone who can go from a jewellery lookbook to a bar's Instagram voice to a matcha packaging redesign without treating any of them as the "real" project and the rest as filler. Someone whose portfolio has things that shipped , not just things that were proposed .
The work
- Design and ship creative across all five brands — social, packaging, campaigns, decks, lookbooks
- Turn a business moment into a finished asset within the week it happens, not the quarter after
- Build and protect each brand's distinct voice, without diluting one into another
- Work directly with vendors, printers, photographers, and sales teams to get things into the real world, not just onto a slide
- Keep the whole operation organized enough that nothing gets rebuilt from scratch every time
- Manage a team of 3 go-getters, editor and designers.
What gets you hired
3–5 years hands-on, a portfolio that proves you finish things, and comfort writing as well as designing. We're not assembling a committee — we want one person who can do both.
What gets you rejected
Beautiful decks with nothing behind them. "I usually work with a team" as your answer to "how fast can you turn this around alone."
To apply
- Send your portfolio/ behance and one line: the fastest thing you've ever taken from brief to shipped. That answer tells us more than the rest of your CV
