Lead the complete estimating and bidding process, from quantity takeoffs through final proposal submission.Prepare detailed, competitive estimates for structural concrete foundations and superstructures.Accurately price labor, materials, equipment, and formwork.Lead and manage the estimating team while maintaining strong relationships with general contractors.Support business development efforts and help secure new projects.Proven hands-on experience with a structural concrete contractor or subcontractor, with the ability to independently manage complex estimates and competitive bids. xzbcwsv Candidates with primarily engineering design, inspection, or general construction management experience are not the primary target.
