Role: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location: BKC, Mumbai Compensation: 15-20 LPA Full-Time | On-site About the Company A publicly-listed (Nasdaq), US-headquartered firm operating at the intersection of digital assets and data-centre infrastructure is establishing its first India office in Mumbai (BKC). Often described as "the Goldman Sachs of digital assets," the firm serves institutional clients across trading, asset management, advisory, and custody. This is institutional-grade financial services, built for institutions rather than a retail consumer app. The company has a market cap of roughly $8 billion and 500 employees globally, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. India is set to become one of its most important hubs. The Role We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director across all operational functions. He is an alumnus from MIT and Harvard and has spent his career sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution across finance and tech. He is someone who has built things from the ground up more than once — from Reliance Jio's early operationalisation to now standing up a company's India capability from scratch. You'll be the person who makes sure things don't fall through the cracks, vendors are held accountable and business is supported. What You'll Do Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, balancing meetings, priorities, and focus time. Manage vendors end to end - sourcing, quotes, negotiation support, invoicing, and delivery timelines Coordinate domestic and international travel - itineraries, visas, accommodation, and on-ground logistics Serve as gatekeeper and strategic partner to the MD, prioritising requests and communications appropriately Prepare meeting materials, presentations, agendas, reports, and follow-up items Assist with special projects and operational initiatives as needed Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders Why it's worth it A closer view into how a business is actually run, learning directly from the MD, real exposure to setting up the India team, and the chance to grow alongside it.
