Role Details

Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days offline, 2 days online) | 6 days a week

Open to third and fourth year students and recent graduates

What You'll Be Exposed To

You'll work across all verticals of the company, including:

• Strategy and growth planning
• Sales, partnerships and incentives
• Client-facing operations
• Research and insight development
• Marketing and social media strategy
• Internal systems, processes and execution
• Team and stakeholder coordination

From research and reports to decision-making support, this role gives you a front-row seat to founder-level thinking.

Who We're Looking For

• Third or fourth year student, or a recent graduate (any discipline)
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal communication and speaking skills
• Highly organised, proactive and self-driven
• Comfortable with Google Workspace and MS Office
• Genuine interest in education, leadership, startups or youth development
• Prior exposure to education, consulting, sales or leadership programs is a plus
