Job Description – International contact Center ( Voice Proces - Inbound calls)

Location: Chennai, India

Business Unit: Retail Banking – Mortgages & Consumer Lending

Reporting To: Team Leader / Operations Manager

• Work Location: Sholinganallur
• Designati on: Associate/ Analyst
• Proce ss: Inbound Call
• Experien ce: 1-3 years in International Voice Process/ 3-5 yrs/ 5- 7 yrs
• Education Eligibili ty: 12th Pass / Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client queries via voice & written communication, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, data, and client accounts
• Manage multiple client queries efficiently using workflow tools
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues effectively
• Ensure client satisfaction with service excellence and a customer-first approach
