Executive Sales For Kitchen Doors and Wardrobe

Interwood Mobel is looking for an enthusiastic and technically sound Executive Sales – Kitchen Doors & Wardrobes (KDW) with a strong understanding of technical drawing reading and interpretation . The ideal candidate should be able to understand layouts, dimensions, and design specifications to ensure accurate customer requirements, effective coordination with the Technical/Design team, and successful sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets for Kitchens, Doors, and Wardrobes.
• Engage customers, understand their requirements, and provide tailored product solutions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, dimensions, and design specifications.
• Review quotations and drawings prepared by the Technical/Design team, ensure accuracy, and obtain client approvals as per SOP.
• Manage client engagement from site measurement to installation and final feedback report.
• Maintain the KDW opportunity matrix and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Keep showroom displays updated, clean, and in working condition.
• Follow KDW and Retail SOPs, documentation standards, and service SLAs.

Key Requirement

Strong technical drawing reading and interpretation skills are essential for this role.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Designs, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or home goods sectors.
