To Apply for this Job Click Here Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with a background supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment? We are seeking a polished, proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive, helping manage both professional priorities and key personal responsibilities while ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly. This is a unique opportunity to become the trusted right hand to a dynamic leader, oversee complex priorities, coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and play a critical role in keeping both business and personal operations running at the highest level. What You'll Do Manage a complex and ever-changing executive calendar, balancing multiple business and personal priorities Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, itineraries, and logistics Prepare executive briefings, presentations, reports, correspondence, and meeting materials Screen communications, prioritize requests, and manage confidential information with absolute discretion Coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives Support strategic projects while anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise Manage expenses, invoices, vendor coordination, and administrative processes Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal, external, and strategic partners What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 5 years supporting an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individual, family office, or private principal Minimum of 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or business leaders Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern business technology platforms Strong ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and think several steps ahead High level of professionalism, discretion, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, executive priorities, and confidential information Benefits & Perks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Company Discounts Technology Package Professional Growth Opportunities If you're a highly organized, service-minded professional with experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth individuals and enjoy building trusted partnerships while managing complex priorities, we'd love to hear from you.
