Job role: Project Manager - Projects & Interiors - Tattva Wellness Spa, Gurgaon

Location: Base location is Gurgaon. The job requires traveling to our project site locations as required.

Salary: 8 - 10 Lacs per annum

Experience: 4-5 years experience in premium f&b, beauty, spa or retail store pre-opening & development.

Your Role:

As an Project Manager at Tattva Wellness, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing spa, wellness & hospitality projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets, quality standards, timelines, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Own hospitality projects end-to-end, from planning, design coordination, and execution to snagging and final handover. Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, budgets, BOQs, CAPEX, procurement, and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Monitor on-site execution to ensure work meets approved drawings, specifications, quality, safety, and timelines. Manage procurement and ensure timely availability of materials and FF&E. Identify project risks, cost variations, and execution challenges; drive practical solutions and mitigation plans. Identify cost-saving and value-engineering opportunities without compromising quality. Maintain project MIS covering progress, budgets, risks, procurement, and key decisions. Ensure properties are guest-ready and operationally ready before launch, including documentation, warranties, certifications, and final handover. Strong in project planning, cost management, vendor coordination, negotiation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and managing multiple projects. This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs.

The Project Manager is expected to own the project outcome across Time, Cost, Quality, and Guest Experience.
