Job Description
Exp - 8 to 12 yrs
Candidate should have a knowledge of: ( MUST)
• Track and control project schedules, budgets, and costs using tools like MS Project.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, QA/QC, and site teams
• Ensure timely submission, review, and closure of drawings, datasheets, and documents
• Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and MOMs
• Coordinate commissioning, testing, and final documentation
• Support billing milestones, records, and project handover

• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth project execution
• Prepare technical documents, status reports, and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Typical Experience
B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering 8–18 years of experience Experience in EPC, industrial machinery, process plants, or capital equipment projects Exposure to customer-facing project execution and cross-functional coordinationProject Management
