Role Overview
We are looking for an empathetic and persuasive Counsellors to connect with parents, guide them through our child development programs, and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience. You need to be someone who can readily engage and strike a conversation with parents
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with parents at doctors' clinics and over the phone to explain our mental health and child development programs.
- 4 days of clinic visits to meet parents and 2 days contacting parents from home
- Understand parental concerns and guide them toward the right program options.
- Facilitate the end-to-end parent onboarding and enrollment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location : Must be based in Kolkata .
- Education: Any Graduate degree. Preferably Human Development, Social Work, Psychology
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in counselling (education or early childhood development)
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal communication, active listening, and convincing/persuasive skills.
