Balance Nutrition (balancenutrition.in) is hiring a full-time, on-site Nutrition Counselor in Mumbai and Bangalore to support its global digital health platform, which has served over 75,000 clients across 94 countries . In this role, you will conduct assessments and deliver nutrition counseling via calls, messages, and in-person sessions. Additionally, you will monitor client progress, explain wellness e-kits, and collaborate with internal dietitians, tech, and marketing teams to optimize client engagement and service quality.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Dietetics and Nutrition.
• Candidates should possess skills in Nutritional Counseling and Weight Management.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Nutrition Education and client communication.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related health science field.
• Experience in clinical or lifestyle nutrition counseling, preferably in weight management programs.
• Ability to build rapport, motivate clients, and maintain a supportive, non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort with using digital tools, online platforms, and basic data entry for client tracking.

Skills Required:

• Ability to actively listen during initial consultations, identify a prospect's core health pain points, and map them directly to Balance Nutrition's paid programs.
• Skill in addressing common client hesitation points smoothly, such as budget concerns, time constraints, or skepticism about digital-only programs.
• Capability to clearly articulate and connect the USPs of BN viz e-kits and guides,to the needs, concerns, and pain points to build trust and faith
• Maintaining a structured daily follow-up routine with inactive or warm leads who showed interest via digital marketing campaigns but haven't bought yet.
• Discipline in logging client interaction statuses, follow-up dates, and conversion notes into the internal sales database or tracking software.
