Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in Kanchipuram. The Junior Architect will support the design and development of architectural projects, including preparing drawings, 3D models, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members. Daily tasks include assisting in conceptual and detailed design, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to design documentation and specifications. The role involves collaborating on project timelines, attending site visits, and helping ensure that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The Junior Architect is expected to participate in reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain organized project files and records.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including the ability to develop concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
• Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills for working with design tools, BIM platforms, or custom workflows supporting architectural processes.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to assist with scheduling, coordination, documentation, and communication across project stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with attention to detail and a willingness to learn from feedback.
• A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent field is preferred; internships or academic project experience in architecture are an advantage.
