Eligibility

✅ Graduates Only – BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MBA

✅ Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply

✅ Strong written English communication skills

✅ Good typing speed and accuracy

❌ B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, and BCA candidates are not eligible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through chat platforms
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT/NPS)
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Chat Support / Customer Service experience
• Exposure to Healthcare, Insurance, or Managed Care domains
• Familiarity with CRM and chat tools
• Excellent typing speed and multitasking abilities
