Social Media Manager

Location: Pune | Full-Time | Work from Office

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own the Social Media vertical across strategy, content, campaigns, client servicing, team leadership, and commercials .

What you'll own:

CLIENT & MARKETING STRATEGY:

• Own assigned client accounts and their social media strategy.
• Build quarterly marketing strategies and monthly execution plans.
• Understand client goals, requirements, audiences, and business priorities.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular account reviews.
• Manage client feedback, approvals, expectations, and escalations.

CONTENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

• Build content strategies, pillars, campaigns, and monthly calendars.
• Brief Content and Creative teams with clear objectives and direction.
• Review content and creative output before client submission.
• Track execution against timelines, scope, and quality standards.
• Use performance insights to improve content strategy.

CAMPAIGN & PERFORMANCE:

• Plan and coordinate organic and paid social campaigns.
• Track campaign and content performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and drive optimization.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to clients.

RESEARCH & MARKET INTELLIENCE:

• Track platform updates, social trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Bring relevant insights into client strategies and campaigns.
• Identify new content, campaign, and growth opportunities.

What we're looking for?

• 3–5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Social Media, Creative, or Advertising Agency.
• Experience independently managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong experience in social media and content strategy..
• Strong client servicing and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Confident in client presentations and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with international clients is preferred.
