Gcp storage team lead

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead - Storage with expertise in storage technologies and service operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure SLA/SLO compliance, support team performance, and lead continuous process improvements in a fast-paced cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor service operations, case management, and queue performance. Conduct quality audits and provide coaching to team members. Deliver onboarding and ongoing technical training. Analyze operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Manage escalations and ensure process compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Storage technologies and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience in service operations, case management, and reporting. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
