Job Summary
: The Junior Farm Executive – Irrigation will be responsible for supporting irrigation planning, execution, and maintenance to ensure optimal water usage and healthy crop growth. The role involves monitoring irrigation systems, assisting in scheduling, and ensuring efficient water management practices on the farm

Key Responsibilitie
s: Assist in planning and executing daily irrigation schedules based on crop requirements and weather conditio ns Monitor irrigation systems such as drip, sprinkler, and flood irrigation for proper functioni ng Ensure timely watering of crops to maintain soil moisture leve ls Inspect pipelines, valves, pumps, and other irrigation equipment regular ly Identify and report leaks, damages, or inefficiencies in the irrigation syst em Maintain records of water usage, irrigation schedules, and system performan ce Support installation and maintenance of irrigation infrastructu re Coordinate with farm workers to ensure proper irrigation practices are follow ed Follow sustainable water management practices and minimize wasta ge Assist in soil moisture testing and basic agronomic activiti

Nursery & Plant Propagation Responsibilit
ies Perform grafting, budding, air layering, and other plant propagation techniques for fruit, ornamental, and landscape pla nts Prepare and maintain mother plants for propagation activit ies Monitor success rates of grafting and air layering operations and ensure proper afterc are Assist in seed germination, cutting propagation, transplanting, and nursery plant product ion Identify suitable plant species for propagation based on seasonal requireme nts Maintain propagation tools, equipment, and nursery infrastructure in good condit ion Ensure proper labeling, tracking, and inventory management of propagated pla nts Monitor plant health and implement preventive measures against pests and disea ses Support development and maintenance of nursery stock, landscaping plants, shrubs, trees, and flowering pla nts Assist in planning and execution of plantation, garden development, and beautification proje
