The ideal candidate will have strong project execution, program management, customer engagement, and risk management experience while working closely with cross-functional engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead development teams in a new product development environmentEnsure project performance and successful executionManage customer relationships and communicationsDevelop and manage project schedules and milestonesUnderstand technologies used across various programsDevelop program and project cost estimatesSupport baseline planning and developmentDevelop project metrics and provide status reportingConduct variance analysis and corrective actionsManage project risks and opportunitiesCoordinate with suppliers and manage supplier relationshipsSupport occasional domestic and/or international travel (less than 10%)Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline5+ years of experience in a related fieldExperience leading development teams in an engineering xzbcwsv environmentExperience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineeringStrong Program Management experienceDemonstrated Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiencyExperience enhancing customer relationshipsExperience with RCCA activitiesExperience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologiesAbility to manage risks and opportunities effectivelyStrong planning, communication, and stakeholder management skillsSelf-driven individual with the ability to work independently and drive results
