Technician - HVAC Apprentice

Responsibilities: Performs mechanical repairs and maintenance to assigned areas. Operates HVAC equipment including remote auxiliary equipment. Takes frequent readings on all gauges on all property equipment and refrigeration equipment and maintain logs. Checks all air handling units once per week and programming A/C schedules for all meeting rooms daily. Performs all maintenance including preventive maintenance. Responds to all emergency conditions. Assists General Maintenance on technical problems. Assists the manager in emergency situations. Performs preventive maintenance to all equipment and record history in log. Orders and receives materials related to area and maintain orderly inventory. Familiarizes self with and completes all paperwork associated with preventive maintenance progra
