Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support VDI environments and virtualization platforms.
- Work on VDI migration and integration projects.
- Troubleshoot complex VDI issues and escalated incidents.
- Configure and support Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V .
- Monitor systems, handle alerts, and resolve critical incidents.
- Work with clients and internal teams to deliver VDI solutions.
- Create technical documentation and support processes.

Experience: 7+ years preferred.
