Location - Vile parle east Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Mumbai sales team to achieve sales targets. Execute sales strategies and drive business development in the Mumbai region. Manage CRM, sales funnel, forecasting, and performance tracking. Mentor, train, and support the sales team for target achievement. Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members. Support key customer meetings and deal closures. Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and lead generation. Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.
