Packaging Designer

Role Overview : A highly creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer to join the Nykaa Beauty Own Brands team. This role will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering premium, innovative, and trend-forward packaging designs across beauty and personal care categories, while ensuring strong brand storytelling and elevated consumer appeal. The ideal candidate brings a refined aesthetic sensibility, a deep understanding of contemporary design trends, and the ability to translate brand vision into impactful packaging experiences. We are particularly keen to connect with talent from leading branding and design studios such as Please See, Thought Over Design, DY Works, or similar design-led environments known for strong visual identity and packaging excellence.
