Hiring: Assistant Manager - New Product Launch - Regulated Market

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team and drive successful new product launches in regulated markets. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic business objectives through effective project management, planning, and stakeholder coordination.

Educational Qualification

• BTech/ B.E
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• MBA

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, New Product Launch (NPL), or Project Management for regulated markets.

Location: Zydus Corporate Park (ZCP), Ahmedabad

Key Stakeholders: Market, PTC, IRA, CQA, QA, Manufacturing, and GDSO teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of new product launches and ensure timely market introduction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project management.
• Lead material planning and manufacturing planning activities to support launch timelines.
• Manage and monitor input material inventory accountability.
• Conduct and drive weekly New Product Launch review meetings with stakeholders.
• Support and drive the S&OP process.
• Generate procurement and manufacturing requirements in line with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing policies.
• Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and management presentations.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate challenges to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate actively in cross-functional initiatives and organizational projects.

Desired Competencies

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of technical and regulatory requirements related to new product projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
