Program Manager | Aerospace Electronics |9 - 10 Years| Bengaluru

Program Manager to support project planning, tracking, reporting, and coordination activities. The candidate should have a good understanding of project management fundamentals and be proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel-based reporting. The role involves working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, manage schedules, track deliverables, and support successful project execution for Aerospace and defense projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects. Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project. Track project milestones, activities, dependencies, and timelines. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. Perform data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel. Support project tracking activities related to schedule, cost, risks, and issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of project activities. Maintain project documentation and action trackers. Support project review meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Experience

9 years of experience in Project Management / Project Coordination roles. Good understanding of project management processes and methodologies. Microsoft Project -Project planning | Scheduling | Tracking | Reporting

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering (Preferred) Project management certification (PMP/CAPM or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of project management tools and reporting systems. Experience preparing project dashboards and management presentations. Basic understanding of project metrics such as: EVM | CPI | SPI
