Opportunity for Specialist – SCM Analytics & Program Management

3 Month Contract| Immediate

Job Purpose

• Actively drive improvement and cost optimization agenda in supply chain and logistics areas.
• Drive automation, best practice and analytics-based improvement initiatives in supply chain and logistics.
• Custodian of Cost Reduction Initiatives from the point of view of end-to-end program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Program management for Cost reduction projects in supply chain and logistics.
• Keeping track of relevant data, validation of cost savings reported by various teams, liaison between various stakeholders like Sourcing, Mfg, R&D, Marketing, Commercial.
• Drive the projects and not just report. Set up weekly review and escalation management process to ensure timely realization of cost savings.
• Prepare the necessary content and participate in the monthly leadership reviews pertaining to cost reduction initiatives.
• Supply Chain Analytics
• Undertake total delivered cost study annually to recommend changes in the supply network for all categories.
• Service level improvement PDCA
• Setting up templates for monthly cost analysis and input KPIs.
• Drive digitization project by working closely with Supply Chain and IT teams
• Work closely with functional teams to create comprehensive requirement document, ensure completeness of UAT and Go Live as per the requirement document.
• Annual budgeting exercise
• Ensure collation of fixed cost and capex budgets and on time submission of data to finance.
• Act as a SPOC from Supply Chain team for data requirements related to –
• ESG support: Support - Annual report filing (data collation), QA audit , compliance of vendors as required by ESG team.
• Data requirements for monthly financial reporting and Annual Report preparation.
• Monthly team connects – performance tracking, compilation of key metric and highlight, lowlights.
• Benchmarking of best practices, bring out side in perspective on process automation, supply chain processes.
• Drive implementation of AI / analytics initiatives undertaken by the organisation by supporting / training / undertaking use case implementation in supply chain function.

• Experience in Program management for Cost reduction projects in supply chain and logistics.
